About the Role Admin Assistant at IT/ Admin, responsible for office administration and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply Office administration day-to-day to deliver outcomes the team can rely on.
  • Apply Vendor coordination day-to-day to deliver outcomes the team can rely on.
  • Apply MS Office day-to-day to deliver outcomes the team can rely on.
  • Apply Communication day-to-day to deliver outcomes the team can rely on.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to keep priorities and timelines aligned.
  • Document decisions and processes so the next person can pick up the work cleanly.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Hands-on working knowledge of: Office administration, Vendor coordination, MS Office, Communication.
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English.
  • A bias for ownership — comfortable being accountable for outcomes, not just tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, multi-team environment.
  • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, Notion, Google Workspace).
  • Exposure to industry best practices and the curiosity to keep learning.
