- Apply Vendor coordination day-to-day to deliver outcomes the team can rely on.
- Apply MS Office day-to-day to deliver outcomes the team can rely on.
- Apply Communication day-to-day to deliver outcomes the team can rely on.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to keep priorities and timelines aligned.
- Document decisions and processes so the next person can pick up the work cleanly.
Required Qualifications
- MBA
- Hands-on working knowledge of: Office administration, Vendor coordination, MS Office, Communication.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English.
- A bias for ownership — comfortable being accountable for outcomes, not just tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, multi-team environment.
- Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, Notion, Google Workspace).
- Exposure to industry best practices and the curiosity to keep learning.
